Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition
Primary job role
The ‘Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition’ will oversee and take responsibility for the overall recruitment process for Fortude in Asia, Australia and New Zealand regions.
Main duties/responsibilities
- Design, develop and execute Fortude’s talent strategy effectively.
- Take responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle, including strategic candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection and offer development for operational and support vacancies in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Consult with the business and HR on talent gaps to create and execute an effective recruiting approach to source, assess, and hire the most qualified and diverse talent.
- Partner with stakeholders to provide insights and expertise on talent sourcing and suggest creative ways to address talent acquisition challenges.
- Successfully manage talent searches, set benchmarks and metrics, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Closely work with hiring managers, regional heads, delivery teams, resource management and finance teams in fulfilling the resourcing requirements while adhering to internal processes.
- Partner with employer branding and marketing teams to create campaigns, promoting Fortude as a preferred employer.
- Network with universities, industry professionals and professional bodies to share and collect best practices and promote Fortude as a preferred employer.
- Collaborate remotely with other team members, Delivery and Regional teams, external vendors, and consultants as needed in a high-paced work environment.
- Prepare hiring-related reports such as cost to company (CTC) forecast reports and talent acquisition-related financial reports monthly.
- Own the subcontracting, freelancing engagement and onboarding processes at Fortude and maintain the vendor database.
- Own the confirmation process for new recruits.
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge and experience working with popular job boards in targeted regions
Experience
- 4-5 years of experience in an IT talent acquisition role
- Talent acquisition experience in the ERP industry will be an added advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification
