Job Description:-

• Management of all top Fashion Brands and their performance on Daraz.

• Onboard, maintain relationships with and grow Top Fashion Brands in the country on Daraz.

• Plan & Execute campaigns for Fashion Brands and Cluster based on customer insight, data and market insight.

• Work cross-functionally with Campaign Ops and Brand teams.

• Partner with brands to create new out of the box strategies to help improve brands’ performance on the platform.

• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns for all Fashion brands that incapsulate the brand identity and simultaneously engage a large number of customers.


• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Management or an equivalent professional qualification.

• Having a relevant network of industry contacts with major brand retailers, wholesalers, importers, manufacturers and exporters.

• Having 2 to 3 years of work experience in similar industry / position.

• Fashion Category specific experience and knowledge is added advantage.

• Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (especially Excel) and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala. Tamil is an added advantage.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.

• Strong abilities to function well in a fast-paced & pressurized work environment.

• Be highly energetic, charismatic and have a hunger for success.

• Good knowledge of the retail E- Commerce ecosystem in Sri Lanka
