Merchant Success Executive

Job Description:-

● Acquiring and building merchant relationships to drive mutual growth and success.

● Maximize the effectiveness of our sales and marketing efforts and help drive new revenue campaigns.

● Working closely with internal analysts, delivery and marketing teams at Koko to drive enablement and lead generation activities.

● Identifying new partnerships or business opportunities, pitch Koko services and close deals.

● Onboard customers onto our platform and provide necessary branding and training.

● Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

● Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

● Able to understand, learn and work with Customer Relations Management (CRM) software.

● Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.


● Following a Bachelors in Business Management/Marketing or any equivalent qualification in CIM/SLIM.

● Proficiency in MS office packages (MS Excel is a must) and Google Applications.

● Communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.

● Prior experience in Corporate Sales and Account Management is an added advantage.

● Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

● Ambitious, detailed results and customer oriented individual, with a ‘can-do’ mindset and ready to learn on the job and take on challenges.
