One of our clients in Saudi Arabia who is into “Auto Spare parts Distribution & Sales” is looking for experienced “Office Assistants” to join them immediately.
Salary:- SAR 1000 + 350 (Avg. Rs. 71,500)
- Assisting office staff members in their requirements.
- Assist with filing and documentation work.
- Check for mails and bills received by postal services and hand them over to appropriate persons.
- Photocopying, scanning, and binding any official documents as required.
- Overlooking the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire office space.
- Keeping the kitchen and office cafeteria tidy, including filling / emptying tea, coffee boxes and ensuring fridge contents are fresh.
- Arranging tea and coffee for staff and guests.
- Age below 35 years. (Males)
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
- Hardworking, Punctual, and Trustworthy.
- Basic fluency in English. (Written & Spoken)
- Good communication skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Have a pleasing personality with good interpersonal skills.

Terms & Conditions:-
- Work Hours: 8 Hours a day. (6 Days a week)
- 02 Year Renewable Contract.
