One of our clients in Saudi Arabia who is into “Auto Spare parts Distribution & Sales” is looking for experienced “Office Assistants” to join them immediately.

Salary:- SAR 1000 + 350 (Avg. Rs. 71,500)


  • Assisting office staff members in their requirements.
  • Assist with filing and documentation work.
  • Check for mails and bills received by postal services and hand them over to appropriate persons.
  • Photocopying, scanning, and binding any official documents as required.
  • Overlooking the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire office space.
  • Keeping the kitchen and office cafeteria tidy, including filling / emptying tea, coffee boxes and ensuring fridge contents are fresh.
  • Arranging tea and coffee for staff and guests.


  • Age below 35 years. (Males)
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Hardworking, Punctual, and Trustworthy.
  • Basic fluency in English. (Written & Spoken)
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Have a pleasing personality with good interpersonal skills.

Terms & Conditions:-

  • Work Hours: 8 Hours a day. (6 Days a week)
  • 02 Year Renewable Contract.
