One of our prestigious clients is looking for young & dynamic “Receptionists – Female” to join their team in Colombo immediately.
SALARY: LKR. 45,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Provide excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Female, Age below 35 years.
- G. C. E. A/L qualification.
- Any professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills in written & spoken English and Sinhala.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures is preferred.
- Possesses an energetic, friendly and patient demeanor.
- Professional appearance, self-confident, independent, and assertive.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality at all times.
