Our client who is into “Architectural Engineering & Construction Business” based in Colombo, is looking for a skilled “Technical Officer” to join their team immediately!

Qualifications & experiences:

  • HNDE, NCT, NDT or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working at a reputed construction site would be an advantage.
  • Experience taking inventory of maintenance materials and replacement parts.
  • Experience in facility maintenance and repairs.
  • Knowledge of recordkeeping and preparing maintenance schedules.
  • Knowledge of applicable safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in MS-Office. (Excel, Word, Etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Analytical, critical thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Professional, self-confident, and team player with great interpersonal skills.
